What is your return policy?
All items sold on www.PlantsMeds.com are non-returnable. You can claim a
replacement in case you have received a damages product. All the items have a 7
day replacement policy, depending on the product category. Please check the
policy applicable to the product you wish to purchase before making the
purchase. You can place a replacement request contacting our support team using

What are the conditions for the replacement policy?
7 Day Replacement Policy :
- All the items are eligible for free replacement within
7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or
incorrect item delivered to you. If we are unable to repair or replace the
item satisfactorily, the defective / damaged item will be eligible for a
refund.
- Please keep the item in its original condition, with an
undamaged brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards,
and original accessories.
- We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in
the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
- Please note that any damage caused due to usage will
not qualify.
- Replacements will be processed once the item is
received by the warehouse, within 7 days of the receipt of the product at
the warehouse.
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Damages due to misuse of product.
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Any damage / defect which is not covered under the
manufacturer’s warranty.
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
- Any product that is returned without all original
packaging and accessories.
- Any product that is returned in a condition that is
different than which it was received.
Broken Items
Should an item be received broken, please email us on support@plantsmeds.com,
within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and
name and a picture clearly showing it. We will replace the ordered item at our
cost.

Defective Items
Should an item have a manufacturing defect, please email us on support@plantsmeds.com,
within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and
name, stating the defect and a picture clearly showing it. We will get the item
collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive
the defective piece/pieces/sets at our cost.

Delivery
Your product will be delivered between 5 to 7 working days. Orders are held if
we cannot verify your shipping address or if your billing details are flagged
by our fraud detection algorithms. Tarun Enterprises is not
responsible for any processing delays beyond our control.
